If the Reader does not meet the security requirements to access the file or has even lost or forgotten the Security Code they easily ‘Request Access’ from the creator of the file.
This confidential real-time request is provided to the creator of the file to approve or deny. The encrypted file and information on the creator of the file will only be displayed for the requested file when access is approved.
